District Leadership

Superintendent of Schools

Dr. Gina Williams

I grew up in East Bridgewater and attended the public schools here in town. I still reside in town with my husband, Tom and our three sons, Aidan (Class of 2021), Gage (Class of 2023) and Logan (Class of 2025). Prior to becoming Superintendent, I worked as the Assistant Superintendent for nearly 10 years and at the Central School for over twenty years. I became Principal in the fall of 2004.  Before that I was the Assistant Principal, a classroom teacher, and a teaching assistant at the school.  I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Plymouth State College in 1992, a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Simmons College in 1998, an Advanced Graduate Degree in Educational Leadership from Fitchburg State College in 2002, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northeastern University in 2016.  As a resident, parent, school & district administrator in this town I couldn't be more proud to be part of this community.  We have a small school district with a big love for learning, a staff that is second to none when it comes to providing a nurturing, safe, and rigorous learning environment, and parents that are truly committed to supporting not only their own child’s education but the entire school community.  Whether it’s through academic programming, sports, music or the arts, our parents dedicate their time and efforts to make our schools a collaborative learning environment.  It’s truly a pleasure to come to work every day and I look forward to many more rewarding years in the East Bridgewater Public School System.

Assistant Superintendent of Schools
Jennifer McPartland

As the Assistant Superintendent for East Bridgewater Public Schools, I am deeply honored to serve a community that has been my professional home since 1999. My journey here began as a classroom teacher and reading specialist at the Gordon W. Mitchell School, where I had the pleasure of working alongside so many incredible students, staff, and families.

My career continued to evolve as the district's Curriculum Facilitator.  In this role, my primary focus was supporting staff with curriculum implementation, assessment, and professional development.  This experience, along with my educational background—including a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Master's Degree in Reading from Bridgewater State College and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Educational Leadership from the University of New England—has provided me with a broad perspective and prepared me for this leadership position.

Outside of EB, my husband and I are the proud parents of 3 children who keep us busy with their own educational and personal endeavors.  When I have a quiet moment, I enjoy spending time near the ocean with a good book.

I truly look forward to collaborating with all members of the East Bridgewater community, and am dedicated to serving this district for many years to come.
